I have nothing but good things to say about Triboro. Though the name and doctors have changed over the years, I always feel welcome. I was a patient with the original doctor, and then the group, since 1983.

Stayed away from medical care for lack of confidence in this entity. More hopeful after visit

If feel Dr.Charmhee Lee treats me with respect. She answers all my questions. She responds quickly to me when I send her a message through MyChart. I really feel she had my best interest in mind and am very comfortable with her a my doctor.

Charm has been a wonderful provider for my medical care for years now and today's visit was very good for me, as usual. Along with my yearly checkup, she took extra time to discuss my migraines I have been having as well as a personal family problem that's been very stressful for me. She listened compassionately and advised me about a possible solution, which I very much appreciated. She addressed my migraines and prescribed meds for same. I really appreciate her care for my well-being.

The doctor was the first time I saw her for a sick visit. I usually see [REDACTED], but she was very knowledgeable and very educated and treated me great. The test was kind of fast when she was doing the COVID and the flu test. I think she could have took her time when she's sticking you with something up your nose. I felt like she was rushing a lot. So yeah, all in all, it was a good visit.

Charm is very thorough. She listens and it's a partnership, so I really like that about her.

I was very impressed at how kind everyone was, how efficient they were, and the doctor was absolutely wonderful. She answered my questions and seemed very concerned, and I got response to my test results the same day that I had my test done. I was very impressed.

After describing my ailment online, I was recommended to talk directly to a triage nurse who set me up with an appt that very evening. 48 hours later I'm feeling somewhat better. I'm pleased.

My daughter takes me to see Charm as I can't drive, so I value that the appointment is on time for both of us. As always, the staff is friendly, office is nice and clean. Charm took great care to discuss my earache and my ongoing medical issues and what to do going forward-ordered tests and consults, prescribed appropriate meds, etc. We went over lab work together, as well. Charm never rushes things, and I really appreciate that she takes her time with me, as I several medical problems.

I felt like I was rushed and she talks in doctor's terms, not layman terms. So I would like for this to be improved to not being rushed out as a patient. Take her time and go over things with me.

My experience was, as usual, a great one. My provider knew all about my history and discussed with me tests and imaging to update my health issues and gave me the papers I needed to get them done. Charm is always on top of my medical concerns and discusses them fully with me. She takes her time and is reassuring. I felt good when I left the office and ready to take my next steps.
